Daniela Kam
Owner & Hearing Instrument
Specialist
Daniela Kam is the founder of Nova Hearing and licensed hearing instrument specialist with several years of professional expertise in hearing aid provision. Daniela spent many years as a nurse before entering into the hearing field. After dealing with chronic ear infections and two ear surgeries, her own struggles with hearing loss drove her into the field of Audiology.
Daniela personally understands the importance of finding the right hearing aids to make life easier. At Nova Hearing, it is her passion to help others find advanced hearing solutions.
Daniela has volunteered for several hearing aid charities, including the Starkey Foundation’s program - HEAR NOW. She is on the board for Hear Nashville. Donating her time helping people who cannot afford hearing aids, Daniela assists patients through the application process, testing, and fitting.
She is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Murfreesboro, the International Hearing Society, Nashville Sertoma Club, and the Murfreesboro Captain William Lytle Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Daniela has been married for over 20 years and has three awesome children.

With an impressive background in customer service spanning over 25 years, Brooke brings a wealth of experience in understanding and catering to the needs of individuals. Her passion for helping others and advocating for their well-being is at the core of her work.
In her consultative role, Brooke utilizes her extensive customer service expertise to guide and support individuals in their journey towards better hearing. Her empathetic and gentle approach ensures that each patient receives personalized attention and tailored solutions. As an advocate, Brooke is dedicated to empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their hearing health, providing them with the knowledge and resources they need to improve their quality of life. She challenges herself to always be on top of the latest technology, in order to serve at the highest level of care. With Brooke on board, Nova Hearing is further committed to delivering exceptional care and service to each and every patient.
Isaiah Kam
Hearing Specialist
Isaiah Kam is honored to be a part of your personal hearing journey. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University, where he was actively involved in research — driven by curiosity and a passion for how science and technology can improve lives.
Growing up, Isaiah watched his mother, Daniela, build Nova Hearing with a deep commitment to transparency and personalized care. That foundation shaped his own approach: every patient’s hearing needs are unique, and the solutions should reflect their lifestyle and goals. His mission is to ensure each person receives care that’s not only effective, but truly personal.
Outside the clinic, Isaiah enjoys exploring new places, trying new foods, and spending quality time with family and friends. He stays up to date on the latest in healthcare and hearing technology to provide innovative, informed care to every patient.
